New Ways of Thinking

Now that I've finished the active phase of Optifast, I've committed to reviewing my materials and notes.  As I do this, I'll post my summary here.  Some of the material comes from the Optifast binder that is printed by Nestle Health Science.  Much of it comes from weekly handouts produced by the Kingston Bariatric Regional Assessment and Treatment Center.  This material is derived from the experience of the Ontario Regional Bariatric Network and the Canadian Obesity Network.  Where I've added outside sources, I've referenced these.

While the handouts are proprietary and copyright protected, the concepts are derived from study of thousands of participants and successful weight 'losers' and maintainers and are free to use. Please feel free to use any quotes or materials from my blog, just make proper attribution.
